Job Title: Area Sales Manager, South Portugal

As a seasoned sales professional, you will be responsible for driving business growth in the South Portugal region. Your primary focus will be on developing and executing sales strategies to increase revenue and expand our customer base.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prospect new business opportunities and identify potential customers in the assigned sales territory.
  • Develop and implement sales action plans to achieve business objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure their evolving needs are met.
  • Contribute to the development of new sales initiatives and strategies to overcome market challenges.
  • Provide regular sales activity reports to management, aligned with company KPIs.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Logistics, Economics, or a technical discipline.
  • At least 5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in technical sales, with a focus on Material Handling.
  • Excellent negotiation and consultative sales skills.
  • Strong self-motivation and ability to work independently.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, such as SalesForce.
  • Fluency in Portuguese, Spanish, and English.
