Job Overview

We are seeking an ambitious territory sales representative to join our team in Lisbon, Portugal. This role offers a unique opportunity to work with a leading premium drinks company and drive business growth in the on-trade channel.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identification and segmentation of outlet universe: Identify all potential outlets within the assigned territory and assign them to relevant categories based on segmentation guidelines.
  • Driving distribution of Diageo brands: Establish partnerships with outlets in the area, negotiate pouring, distribution, and activation agreements, and ensure compliance with company guidelines.
  • Implementation of executional standards: Prioritize sales drivers for relevant outlet categories, implement promotional activities in line with Diageo's activity calendar, and accurately supervise and measure in-store performance using the CRM system.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with the Sales Manager, sell-in team, and Customer Marketing to identify partnership opportunities and optimize sales strategies.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of sales experience in the on-trade channel (preferably).
  • Proven analytical approach and commercial relationships skills.
  • Ability to influence customers and achieve win-win outcomes.
  • Flexibility in communication style and willingness to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Proficient in English and Portuguese.
  • Shown understanding of Excel.

Salary Range

The estimated salary for this role is €45,000 - €60,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
