About the Role: We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven French Sales Advisor to join our team at a leading financial software company in Porto, Portugal. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales growth, and building strong relationships with clients.
About You: To succeed in this role, you will need to have native or fluent French language skills (C2 level), advanced English communication skills (at least C1 level), and strong analytical and problem-solving skills. You should also possess excellent phone conversation skills, attentive listening skills, and superior writing skills. In addition, you should be a local candidate or willing to relocate to Porto, Portugal.
Job Responsibilities: Your daily responsibilities will include contacting clients who are using the 3-month trial period QuickBooks version through phone, ensuring the best quality service. You will also engage with clients explaining the advantages of having the paid version, finalize the sale process, and solve emerging issues that customers may face. Furthermore, you will perform corrections and optimize customers' technical knowledge, meet and exceed service quality goals, compliance regulations, and productivity targets.
What We Offer: We offer a competitive salary package, estimated to be around €45,000 - €60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
