**Job Title:** Freelance Sales and Marketing Manager
Company Overview:
We are a leading recruitment agency, Connect Now Recruitment, seeking an experienced sales professional to join our team as a Freelance Sales and Marketing Manager. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting and marketing our range of media products to companies in various industries.
Salary and Benefits:
The estimated salary for this position is approximately €55,000 - €65,000 per year, depending on experience, with additional performance-based bonuses and flexible working hours.
Job Description:
You will work independently, identifying potential clients, generating leads, nurturing relationships, and driving revenue growth for our media offerings. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Sales Prospecting: Identify potential clients and generate leads through outbound calls, emails, and networking.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers in companies.
- Product Promotion: Effectively promote and market media products, including digital advertising, content services, and media solutions to businesses.
- Sales Presentations: Conduct sales presentations to showcase the benefits of our media products and how they can meet clients' needs.
- Negotiation & Closing: Manage negotiations and close deals with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements and meeting sales targets.
- Market Research: Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to position our products effectively.
- Sales Reporting: Track and report on sales progress, pipeline development, and market feedback.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- A first language Portuguese and fluent English, other languages beneficial.
- Proven experience in sales, ideally in the media, advertising, or digital marketing industry.
- Strong ability to generate leads and close deals independently.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex concepts clearly.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working without direct supervision.
- A good understanding of the media landscape and emerging trends in digital advertising, content creation, and distribution.
