The International Customer Liaison Specialist acts as the primary point of contact for customers across EIMEA, ensuring seamless day-to-day interactions and timely resolution of queries and complaints.
Main Responsibilities- Manage all aspects of the order cycle, including entry, maintenance, confirmation, and follow-up, to ensure customer satisfaction and efficient interface.
- Communicate changes that may affect orders professionally and promptly.
- Administer SAP systems, updating customer master data, CoA, invoice query resolutions, and customer complaints in a timely manner.
- Liaise regularly with Finance, Logistics, Supply Chain, and Sales teams to ensure on-time-in-full delivery to customers.
- Maintain consignment stocks and complete customer portals where necessary.
- 0-2 years' experience in customer service or a related field.
- High school degree or commercial education.
- Fluency in written and spoken English and/or at least one other major language: German, French, Spanish, Italian, or Polish.
Excellent communication and presentation skills are essential for success in this role. Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability to different customer types are also crucial.
