At Deblock Group, we're looking for a skilled Customer Service Liaison to join our team. As a key member of our customer support department, you will play a vital role in providing top-notch service and ensuring customer satisfaction with our innovative financial solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, providing guidance and support with a 5-star approach.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues via phone, email, and live chat platforms.
  • Collaborate closely with other teams, such as Product and Engineering, to effectively address customer needs.
  • Document and track customer interactions and feedback, providing insightful reporting to internal stakeholders.
  • Assist with the development and improvement of customer support processes and resources.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of Deblock Group's products and services to better assist customers.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in customer support or a related role, preferably within the financial services industry.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, with a focus on providing efficient and effective resolutions to customer issues.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English, spoken and written.
  • Familiarity with fintech and cryptocurrency concepts and trends is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
