- To join our team, we are looking for a well-qualified and talented IT Field Support Technician/Helpdesk.**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Advanced troubleshooting of problems to quickly diagnose and recover service (repair or replace parts, debug, etc.), including the use of temporary equipment; Provide information and guidance to users on how to operate the software and equipment; Work with equipment suppliers to manage and reduce repair time and subsequent downtime. Identify and ask suppliers to stock out of equipment; Install new hardware and software; Create and maintain accounts and security groups; Contribute to technical documentation; Register and coordinate the resolution of tickets according to the defined SLA's; Support to all users in installation, maintenance and repairs, including laptops, printers, projectors and software to ensure their functionality.

**THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE**:
Experience of at least 1 year as an IT technician; Strong knowledge of the Google and Windows ecosystem; Knowledge about networks, cabling and Wifi; Fluency in English; Excellent diagnostic and troubleshooting capabilities; Strong customer focus and excellent communication skills; Understanding of different computer systems and networks; Applicants must have a clean criminal record;
