Ground Services Specialist

**Purpose of Position**:
Conduct all daily activities assigned to his/her shift, to guarantee that all flights are planned with required landing clearances, prior permission request or ground handling arrangements, according with all legal requirements in compliance with regulations and company procedures.
**Tasks and Responsibilities**:
- Submit requests and control ground handling services, including fuel, customs/immigration, crew visas on arrival, and other ground related arrangements (special services, etc), for all necessary flights and on airports located within the Primary Operations Zone and ferry waiver cities.
**Education**:
- Bachelor's in Aviation
**Certifications and Licenses**:
- Flight Operations Officer License (Dispatcher License)
**Years of Experience**:
- 0-2 years of experience

**Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Other (KSAOs)**:
- University degree in Aviation or equivalent/relevant experience;
- Knowledge of aviation legislation and regulations;

- Proficiency in MS Office.
