- Your Role
- Managing your team capacity and development
- Selecting and approving the recruitment of your team;
- Managing the needs of your clients;
- Ensuring project staffing needs;
- Managing financials of your team;
- Your Profile

Must to Have
- Knowledge and Experience in the Data area: BI, Analytics, Advanced Analytics
- Experience in People Management: Timesheet, Vacation, Appraisals, Feedback, People allocation in projects, Interpersonal Relationship, Hiring Support, Training Support
- Experience in Project Management: Waterfall, Agile
- Experience in Financial Management: Forecast control, Pipeline control, Financial Backlog control, Purchase Order control, Invoicing control, Cost, Revenue and Margins Analysis
- Client Relationships: Pre-sale and Sales Support, Proposal Generation, Project follow-up Meetings, New Clients Support
- Negotiation with Suppliers: Contract, Hiring, Financial
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position;
- Fluent in Portuguese and English
