Crossjoin Solutions is a Portuguese IT company founded in 2009, active worldwide in more than 30 clients (Canada, Latin America, UK, Belgium, Italy, Luxembourg, Ireland, France and Germany). Through the service we provide to our customers, we currently support dozens millions of consumers in many different countries around the world.

We deliver consulting services covering systems end to end optimization, enterprise testing, troubleshooting major incidents, incident resolution, full stack architecture advisory, continuous integration, deployment and development acceleration, infrastructure managed services by operating in any sector whose business depends on information systems (banking, insurance, health, automotive, finance, telecommunications, etc).

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and Manage Training Programs;
- Provide leadership and guidance to trainees, fostering a supportive and inclusive learning environment;
- Offer coaching and mentorship to help new hires transition smoothly into their roles as Crossjoin engineers;
- Conduct regular feedback sessions to assess trainee progress and identify areas for improvement;
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs;
- Continuously improve training methodologies and materials based on trainee feedback and industry best practices;
- Provide technical support and guidance to trainees during and after the training period.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. (Master’s degree is a plus)
- Extensive experience in performance engineering or a related IT field.
- Proficiency in relevant technologies and tools used in performance engineering.
- Proven track record of designing and delivering effective training programs.
- Experience in coaching, mentoring, and leading teams.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and training methodologies.
- Good level of spoken and written English (minimum B2).

**Responsabilidades**:

- Desenvolver e gerir programas de formação;
- Liderar e orientar os formandos, promovendo um ambiente de aprendizagem solidário e inclusivo;
- Oferecer formação e orientação para ajudar as novas contratações a fazer uma transição suave para as suas funções de engenheiros da Crossjoin;
- Realizar sessões regulares de feedback para avaliar o progresso dos formandos e identificar áreas a melhorar;
- Monitorizar e avaliar a eficácia dos programas de formação;
- Melhorar continuamente as metodologias e materiais de formação com base no feedback dos formandos e nas melhores práticas do sector;
- Prestar apoio técnico e orientação aos formandos durante e após o período de formação.

**Requisitos**:

- Licenciatura em Informática, Tecnologia da Informação ou numa área relacionada. (O grau de mestre é uma vantagem)
- Vasta experiência em engenharia de desempenho ou num domínio informático relacionado.
