Tasks
- Be accountable for the governance of the Cyber Programme, ensuring quality control of activity in the Programme’s complex delivery landscape
- Develop, ratify and maintain all programme artefacts including RAID, project documentation and progress reports, including:

- \- Establish and baseline project plans, ensuring milestones are traced and manage
- \- Ensure the consistent creation of project charters, business cases and funding request; working with all stakeholders to ratify content and assumption
- \- Develop the progress reporting dashboards; ensuring these are delivered in line with agreed cadence
- Lead and manage any spend and change requests, providing consistent quality control
- Maintain the programme budget, taking ownership on any project finance related activities including reconciliation, raising purchase orders, etc.
- Build a strong relationship project leads and understand of their streams to effectively support
- Create collateral for Programme Working Group and Steerco, collating material for programme team
- Manage the programme calendar, supporting with scheduling meetings and workshops, booking meeting rooms, collating collateral, etc.
- Mentor and shape the programme team; working with the CISO and Programme Lead to create an environment that encourages collaboration, high energy, and a delivery focused mindset

**Requirements**:

- Programme Management Office expert, with previous experience in leading a PMO or Office of the CISO, in a fast paced and global environment
- Excellent track record of successfully governing large-scale and complex cyber programmes, superb prioritisation skills teamed with the ability to manage actions and quality control
- Excellent business engagement skills and a track record of productive relationships at all levels, including senior leadership level
- Astute attention to detail, program risk management, and ability to drive the program deliverables into BAU
- Desirable: Project Management Qualifications. E.g. MSP, Prince 2, Agile
