**Role**

**Responsibil**ities**
- Working closely with hiring managers across the organization with all aspects of the hiring process, including scoping roles, writing technical job descriptions
- Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews
- On-boarding of new employees
- Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events
- Assist with daily HR activities in the Portuguese entity
- Continuously develop business knowledge of company and current market dynamics

**Skills and qualifications**

You bring at least 2-5 years of recruitment experience in a fast-paced environment. Experience/interest in innovative technologies and the renewable energy markets is meriting. **I**deally you have experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, assessment tests and modern applicant tracking system. We value strong communication skills and the ability to work in a small agile team. You are highly proficient in business English.
