**We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Customer Service Ambassador.**
As a Customer Service Ambassador, your primary responsibility will be to provide friendly and efficient service to the worldwide community. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that our users have a positive experience by responding professionally and empathetically to their inquiries and concerns.
**Responsibilities**:
>Provide friendly and efficient service to the worldwide Airbnb community, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively.
>Respond professionally and with empathy to all interactions with the community, including urgent situations, ensuring that customers feel heard and valued.
>Investigate and resolve complaints from community members, maintaining detailed records of the circumstances, outcomes of investigations, and rationale for proposed resolutions.
>Process insurance policy administration or cancellation requests and re-issue policy documentation as necessary.
>Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and minimum competency requirements, completing continuing education or professional development as needed.
>Manage escalated or urgent calls where customers may be very upset, handling complex complaints in a professional and timely manner.
>Act as a mentor to new ambassadors, assisting them with queries outside of the standard script and providing escalation support on complex cases.
>**Requirements**:
>Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
>Strong customer service skills, with the ability to respond to customer inquiries and complaints empathetically and effectively.
>Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities, capable of investigating and resolving complaints in a fair and satisfactory manner.
>Attention to detail and strong organizational skills to maintain accurate records of customer interactions and case resolutions.
>Ability to manage escalated or urgent calls, remaining calm and composed in challenging situations.
>Prior experience in a customer service role is preferred.
>Familiarity with the Airbnb platform and a passion for travel and hospitality is a plus.
