**Purpose of the job**:
Collaborate and support the development of the Finance Shared Service Centre (SSC) in Porto through HR strategy and initiatives aligned with overall kp group strategy as well as the maintenance of office operations. Work closely with management and employees to build strong work relationships, engagement and successful teams.

**Tasks and responsibilities**:
Collaborate on the SSC in Porto by ensuring effective day-to-day operation in areas of Recruitment, Learning & Development, Organisational Development, Internal Communication;
Coordinate the planning, scheduling, delivery and recording of training & Development and/or social events;
Coordinate the payroll process with external provider;
Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource activities, such as contract management, legal documentation, personnel records. Assist in development and implementation of HR policies, as well as provide HR policy guidance;
Support recruitment needs including screening of CVs, interviewing and assessment, making job offers and reporting on progress as well as lead admission and onboarding processes;
Lead the good process of all administrative HR actions (onboarding, offboarding, HR contracts, employee files, manage the health Insurance and accident; work medicine);
Support the implementation of internal projects, in association with business stakeholders and HR Team.

Support HR Manager in the employer branding strategy (job fairs, social media, local intranet) and deliver annual engagement initiatives.

**Functional/Technical Skills**:
Bachelor or Master degree in Human Resources or similar field;
Professional working proficiency in English and Portuguese;
Excellent knowledge of MS Office.

**Experience**:
3+ years professional experience;
Preferably work experience in different HR roles.
