**Role Description**: As our IT/Customer Service Agent, you'll be our first line of tech support, helping our users navigate their way through any technical hiccups. On a daily basis, you'll be troubleshooting issues, providing solutions, and ensuring our clients have the best possible experience. And the best part? You'll be doing all this from the comfort of your own home in sunny Lisboa

**Requirements**:
- Fluent in Polish.
- No experience needed - we’ll provide you with all the training you need.
- A valid European Union passport.
- A can-do attitude and a love for problem-solving.
