**About the job**

Within the “RISK ORM Framework” department of the RISK function, the “ORM Solutions” team is responsible for the monitoring and development of the various tools within its scope. We are looking for specific expertise for the project pole of the tool 360 Action Plans which is the mandatory tool in the Group for monitoring LoD 1 Action Plans

**Your Main Activities Are**
- Ensure first level user support for BNPP Group Risk Systems
- Manage and review of user access and jurisdictions
- Management of applicative and reference data used in in BNPP Group Risk Systems
- Maintain the link and synchronise with the data originators
- Distribute the applicative and reference data used in the BNPP Group Risk Systems according to the established processes
- Document and maintain the operational guidelines and procedures related to its activities

**Profile and Skills to Success**
- Bachelor Degree in Finance, Administration or Economy
- Advanced level of English, both written and oral, is mandatory
- Up to 2 years of professional experience
- Proficient in Operations and processes
- Knowledge in Microsoft Office
- Good level of communication skills - both oral & written
- Ability to collaborate / Teamwork
- Attention to detail/rigor
- Client focused
- Ability to delivery / Results driven
- Organisational skills
