Estamos a recrutar o seguinte perfil:
Service Delivery Manager - (M/F) - Lisboa
- Licenciatura em Engenharia Informática ou área similar;
- Experiência mínima de 5 anos em funções similares;
- Experiência de trabalho em ambientes agile;
- Experiência de captura de requisitos (user stories) e documentação detalhada no Jira (ou equivalente);
- Experiência com gestão de plataformas de ticketing (Servicenow será bastante valorizado);
- Experiência com a metodologia ITIL;
- Inglês fluente.
