We are looking for a talented and dedicated technical enthusiast to join the newly formed Product - Product & Commercial technology organisation which is responsible for managing our sellable products.

The **IT Process Manager** is a practitioner and an advocate of state-of-the-art IT Service Management practices. Working in an agile environment and keeping up with the ever-evolving technical landscape the **IT Process Manager** is a lifelong learner and likes to think out of the box.

**ABOUT THE JOB**:
As an **IT Process Manager** you are responsible for coordinating and executing all activities within the respective IT Service Management (ITSM) process as well as monitoring the status. This also includes the operation of the process interfaces to other ITSM processes, customers and internal departments as well as the acceptance and delivery of intermediate and final results. Within the framework of his special tasks (see below) the IT Process Manager can represent the role of the Process Owner, Process Manager and/or Process Performer in the IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) environment.

GENERAL TASKS:

- You bring to the job experience in and detailed knowledge of information and communication technologies, as well as in the provision and management of IT services.
- Coordinate various activities within the ITSM process and across departments.
- Monitor the status of all process activitiesimplement provided ITSM tools (e.g. Jira).
- Initiate escalations while adhering to ITSM escalation paths and policies.
- Support the continuous development of the respective ITSM process.
- Support audits.
- Perform proactive tracking and follow up improvement measures, as well as contribute to the strategic development of the respective ITSM process.
- Attend specific ITSM meetings.
- Perform solution-oriented and cooperative collaboration with all organisational units involved in the process. Independently create statistical analyses, provide key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Provide regular management information (KPIs).

**ABOUT YOU**:

- Technical or business studies degree, preferably in business informatics, or comparable expertise and experience acquired on-the-job.
- Sound and comprehensive knowledge of ITIL processes.
- Communication skills (fluency) that enable target-group-oriented, effective communication and the ability to convince and persuade conversation partners to achieve the goals (in particular the ability to mediate between internal customers/internal departments).
- Pronounced customer and service orientation.
- High-level team orientation and social competence.
- Independent, solution-oriented work style with good analytical skills and structured approach.
- Assured outward appearance and good negotiation skills when it comes to negotiating with customers/partners/departments; assertive, high-level communication skills.
- Very high flexibility and resilience, even in time-critical situations, with pronounced teamworking ability in an international work environment.
- Very fluent spoken and written English, foreign language proficiency advantageous (German language skills would be advantageous but are not mandatory).
