**What does your day-to-day in this role look like**:

- Perform bank reconciliations and administration, while also reconciling payments with invoices and resolving any discrepancies swiftly
- **Customer Communication**: Engage with customers to resolve billing issues and ensure satisfaction, while collaborating with internal teams for a seamless service experience
- **Collections**: Oversee and manage overdue accounts, implement collection strategies to reduce receivables, and work with internal teams to resolve payment disputes
- **Reporting**: Generate concise accounts receivable reports, analyze trends for insights, and suggest enhancements to financial processes
- Requirements_

**What do you need to be successful at this job?**
- bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or related field preferred
- 2+ years of relevant experience in accounts receivable or finance
- Proficiency in Italian (Minimum B2) and English (B2)
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy
- Proactive problem solver with a can-do attitude
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
