**About the job**

Reporting the Backoffice & CS Manager, main responsibilitiy is to obtain and register financial and statistic data and carry out collections.

Main tasks:

- Daily contact with customers - Request Payments
- Daily accounting customers payments
- Control and analysis of customer Credit Limits
- Daily update of the overdue map
- Control of checks and posting them
- Sending collection letters, recipes, missing invoices/ credit notes and sending account statements
- Analysis and release of "Credit Blocks"
- Any other functions stemming from the needs of the position
- Control CAS Postings
- Prepare checks to the bank

Preferential education and training:

- University Degree
- Related training and professional experience on the area
- Postgraduated studies valuable
- Knowledge on accountancy,
- English: Medium-High level. Other languages valuable Spanish.

**Required minimum professional experience**:

- Minimum 3 years in similar position.
