We’re looking for a People Operations Specialist, based in Lisbon - Portugal, to join us on our mission to solve chaos in international real estate markets.

CASAFARI is the leading real estate data intelligence platform in Europe.
With operations in Portugal, Spain, France, Italy, and Germany the company has grown exponentially supported by 300 employees of, at least, 25 nationalities.
We started CASAFARI with a mission to organise the real estate market into an efficient data-powered ecosystem to enable and accelerate deals through a transparent and safe B2B platform. CASAFARI isn’t just another data aggregator: it's an entire operating system that powers real estate agents in real-time, removing asymmetry of knowledge, accelerating transactions and opening up new opportunities for iBuyers, property developers, investors and Q-commerce operators and beyond to reach their investment objectives.
**Your role**:
- Onboard and offboard Team Members, ensuring an awesome experience throughout the journey;
- Perform People Administrative duties: Employment Contracts; Probation Periods and Contract Renewals, Time Off Management, Insurances, Health and Safety and Accesses;
- **Help with sourcing and recruitment company needs ( Tech/Non-Tech roles)**:
- Provide employment related support to our Team Members;
- Manage our HRIS - maintain data accuracy for Team Members personal and employment information;
- Ensure HR compliance in our different locations with the support of our Legal Team and external partners;
- Support Global Mobility initiatives;
- Support driving internal events and well-being initiatives.
**Requirements**:
- 2 - 4 years previous experience in similar roles;
- **Experience in non-tech/tech recruitment will be a plus**:
- Strong knowledge of Portuguese labor law and HR processes;
- Start-up experience is highly valued;
- Great communication and collaboration skills to partner and engage with multiple stakeholders;
- Ability to work autonomously, owning the projects/activities end to end;
- A proactive, ‘let’s get things done’ attitude geared towards continuous improvement;
- Fluent Portuguese, excellent written and oral communication skills in English, other languages are a plus.
