We are recruiting for the Shared Services Center of a multinational, leader in the global food retail sector:
**Nestlé Business Services.**

They are currently looking to strengthen their team with a **Procurement &**
**Logistics Team Lead (M/F) for the region of Linda-a-Velha.**

**Main responsibilities**:

- Be the point of contact with Nestle professional SBU and markets to align and guarantee operations.
- Run MORs with SBU to present performance and align next steps.
- Analyze feedback (NPS) from markets and work in action plan / improvements for the services.
- Lead implementation and execution of team’s daily activities and functions in team;
- Monitor, perform and execute the performance service level agreements (SLA’s) and indicators of services (KPI´s);
- Leads the team in establishing and accomplishing objectives as aligned with the stream priorities;
- Supervise PR / PO creation and contacts with suppliers to get markets orders confirmation
- Supervise Machines and spare parts material catalogue in PSL tool to guarantee quality and correct prices allocated
- Supervise issue management, master data, and communications flows through Service Now platform
- Provide coaching to team and define succession and growth plans, evaluate performance of team members under responsibility and validate the applicable rewards, incentives and/or sanctions.
- Evaluates team performance and conducts regular appraisals

**Ideal Profile**:

- Bachelor or master’s degree in Management, Logistics or similar;
- **Proficiency in English (spoken and written);**
- Successful experience in delivering services through Shared Service partners;
- Knowledge in Procurement and Supply chain areas;
- Good stakeholder management skills;
- Knowledge in SAP solution;
- Solid knowledgeof MS office, particularly Excel and reporting tools (e.G. Power Bi);
- Strong leadership skills.
