This is a unique opportunity to become part a centralized and global account management team which will drive revenue across all regions. We are looking for team players who understand the ERP business and channel management and are willing to take their career to the next level.

**Responsibilities**

As Head of Global Channel Management, your responsibility will be to Build and Lead a team of Account Managers to achieve the following:

- Manage an ever-expanding base of channel partners across different regions.
- Manage a portfolio of top tier partners increasing revenue and market share of Vienna Advantage ERP products.
- Partner On-boarding on a number of topics related to sales, marketing, presales and consulting
- Engage with channel partners and to identify opportunities, generate qualified leads, ROI models, respond to RFP's.
- Work closely with Presales and Partners on Product Presentations
- Coordination with Marketing to target regions or prepare materials needed to help the partners
- Track Leads and Opportunities in CRM system
- Set and track sales and revenue targets across regions in collaboration with local entities and partners
- Implement core business processes including business planning, ROI measurement, partner analysis and viability evaluation
- Identify, develop, and secure sizable SaaS opportunities through target prospecting, relationship management, and pipeline development with ISVs, Telcos and Hosting Providers.
- Travel onsite for partner and customer meets as well as events in different parts of the world.
