We are looking for a talented and accomplished **Learning and Development Manager t**o join our team.

As a **Talent and Development Manager** in this project, your daily responsibilities will include:

- Create and execute learning strategies and programs.
- Evaluate individual and organizational development needs.
- Implement various learning methods companywide (e.g. coaching, job-shadowing, online training).
- Design and deliver e-learning courses, workshops and other trainings.
- Provide direction and finding creative solutions for the training and development of people.
- Developed talent training based on ongoing development programs.
- Assess the success of development plans and help employees make the most of learning opportunities
- Help managers develop their team members through career pathing.
- Actively pursue self-improvement opportunities.
- Track budgets and negotiate contracts.
- Establish partnerships with companies and institutions to capacity our resources as much as possible

To succeed in the role, you will need to have:

- Advanced level of **English** (at least C1) both verbal and written
- Proven experience as an L&D Manager, Training Manager or similar
- Current knowledge of effective learning and development methods
- Familiarity with e-learning platforms and practices
- Experience in project management and budgeting
- Proficient in MS Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills; sharp business acumen
- Professional certification is a plus
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Ability to develop professional relationships and interact with all levels of management
- Solution driven mindset
- **Must hold EU citizenship or valid work permit for Portugal**:
