Professional Services (PS), Regional Delivery Manager: Leading a PS Region, working hand-in-hand with the Marketing, Sales, Engineering, Support teams and working directly with customers to deliver successful projects with help from the Technical Project Manager and Implementation Consultants.

Headquartered in Vancouver with offices in Ontario and Ireland, Incognito has several hundred customers ranging from large national operators to smaller regional ISPs, through direct sales and strategic alliances and regional resellers. Incognito has enjoyed year-over-year revenue growth and profitability, consistently, for the past decade. Now Incognito is at a transformational inflection point to transform from a software product license sales shop to a customer-centric solutions provider in the OSS/BSS space.
THE POSITION
Reporting to the Head of Professional Services, you will be primarily responsible for the following:
Professional Services (PS), Regional Delivery Manager: Leading a PS Region, working hand-in-hand with the Marketing, Sales, Engineering, Support teams and working directly with customers to deliver successful projects with help from the Technical Project Manager and Implementation Consultants.
- Growing the Services Business
- Services Revenue: Responsible for the target year over year growth
- Services Profitability: Responsible for target return of services revenue for the PS region projects delivered by you
- Services Utilization and Billability: Achieve targeted PS staff utilization and billability per annum for the staff reporting to you
- Managing Staff Development
- Team Management: Onboarding, hiring, objectives, evaluations, and skillset development
- Capacity Planning: Track staff plans and projects for effective resource assignment
- Engagement: Actively manage to achieve high employee engagement in annual survey, and high engagement with clients.
- Travel: Ensure to maximize cost recovery for all travel and travel costs managed to optimize profitability.
- Services Portfolio Evolution
- Global Growth: Responsible for managing a Global Center of Excellence for the Services function to support Incognito’s global growth strategy
- Services Creation: Conceptualize services offerings in coordination with Product Management, Sales and Marketing to grow Services portfolio
- Services Management: Ownership of ongoing improvements to implementation, migration and general consultative service offerings including providing input on solution value propositions, data sheets, pricing, policies, brochures and proposals
- Managing the Services Delivery Process
- Services Quotes (New Customers, Repeat Business): Manage proposal and quotation for PS for all orders based on reference implementations using work effort calculator and SOWs to support Sales as per quotation timeline and to optimize deal size and profitability.
- Services Process: Continuously enhance our PS tools, processes, documentation and methods to ensure on time, on budget, high quality project delivery
- Services Reporting: Contribute to weekly status reports on all active projects, ensure projects are tracked in Cloud Coach, and ensure payment milestone notifications to Finance and other stakeholders.
THE PERSON
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business or equivalent
- Minimum 5+ years of Professional Services/Consulting experience in a leadership role
- Experience building teams and proactively managing remote workers
- Strong interpersonal, human resources, relationship management skills in managing teams
- Project Management expertise with a proven track record of successful and timely execution
- Strong attention to detail while handling multiple projects simultaneously
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and customer-first orientation
- Commitment to excellence and continuous improvement
- Proven track record of building strong relationships, works collaboratively and relates effectively to others by consulting with employees, colleagues, partners, clients, users and stakeholders
- Preference given for Multilingual: Spanish and/or Mandarin and/or Cantonese and/or Portuguese
THE LOCATION
- Incognito office in either Vancouver, BC or a regional hub in APAC, CALA, or EMEA
- Travel to various offices and customer locations globally required (estimated 25% travel)
