As the key to Latin America, EdgeUno provides turnkey solutions to companies across the continent. Our datacenters host network infrastructure hubs for businesses in countries like Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, Mexico, and Peru.

**Full Job Description**

**Core Responsibilities**
- Key Accounts Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for our key clients, including channel clients, resellers, enterprises, IT, data centers. Understand their needs and requirements and provide timely solutions and support.
- Business Development: Expand our customer base by leveraging your network of new and existing clients. Identify new business opportunities and implement strategies to drive growth, ultimately increasing sales and expanding our market presence.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute effective sales strategies aligned with company goals. Track sales account objectives, manage the sales pipeline, and ensure proper funnel development to drive sustainable business growth.
- Conflict Resolution: Skillfully handle any conflicts or issues that arise with clients, ensuring that their concerns are addressed promptly and professionally, while maintaining positive and constructive relationships.

**Requirements**:

- Proven Experience: Previous experience as a sales executive, business developer, or in related roles within the commercial cloud, hosting, and/or telecommunications industry is essential.
- Strong Communication: Exhibit excellent customer support and assertive communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively engage with clients and internal teams.
- CRM Expertise: Possess knowledge and experience using CRM systems to manage client relationships and track sales activities efficiently.
- Negotiation Skills: Demonstrate proficiency in negotiation techniques and be actively involved throughout the sales cycle to secure successful deals and partnerships.
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in English equal to or higher than B2 level is a must.
