**THE OPPORTUNITY**

For our Animal Health Business, we are looking for an autonomous and proactive interim Field Activation Specialist. As a Field Activation Specialist, you will have a key role performing in-store brand activation executions and building clear guidelines for the FF and merchandisers to execute primary and secondary visibility in the point of sale.

Please keep in mind that this is an interim position on a 7-month contract (maternity cover) and the desired start date is the beginning of September.

**YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Develop specific tools for pharmacies, pet shops and mass market, in close collaboration with the marketing team and in line with each brand’s strategy and objectives
- Be responsible for the operational activation in store in Parapharmacies and Pet Shops
- Coordinate with sales and marketing to develop field strategies and initiatives, building and maintaining a calendar of brand activation events and activation playbooks
- Assist and drive the field team, to ensure that activations are effectively planned and executed
- Analyze the performance of each initiative and derive learnings from it, in collaboration with Brand Management and Sales teams
- Ensure upfront alignment with Sales teams, by integrating their feedback and needs early in the process, through regular communication and direct in market field observation
- Analyze competitors’ activations, in collaboration with Sales teams across the different channels.

**WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING TO THE TEAM**
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication, business or related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in trade marketing, field or sales
- Experience in developing brand activations and in interacting with field force teams (in pharma, mass market or animal health specific channels)
- Customer focused attitude, commercial skills and mindset to go the extra mile and achieve company goals
- Experience in coordinating events is a plus
- Strong presentation / communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly skillful in Excel & PowerPoint
- Fluency in written and spoken English
- **Willingness to travel (60% of time) within Portugal**:
