A sua nova função
**Terá como principais responsabilidades**:
- Otimização das vendas, lançamentos de produtos e promoções para site e ACC/EPP.
- Assegurar a atualização atempada do sítio para todas as tarefas operacionais.
- Garantir a qualidade do merchandising de ponta a ponta em comércio electrónico.
- Assegurar o alinhamento global e a garantia de qualidade no âmbito do capítulo OPS.
- Desenvolver e documentar requisitos comerciais para as capacidades do ACC e EPP e garantir o seu cumprimento.
- Colaborar com esquadrões e funções não-DTC para garantir que o ACC/EPP apoia os seus objectivos de crescimento e adaptar o merchandising em conformidade.
- Manter e otimizar as configurações de venda cruzada nos nossos sítios Web.
- Ajudar na supervisão das operações, manutenção e desenvolvimento do sítio Web.
- Atualizar os preços na plataforma GD em colaboração com as Operações/Apoio ao Cliente.
- Gestão contínua do ciclo de vida dos produtos, acessórios e peças sobresselentes em estreita colaboração com as Operações de Vendas.
- Analisar regularmente a atividade de marketing do sítio, as promoções e as tendências da concorrência.
- Ajudar a criar relatórios de desempenho que forneçam informações sobre o desempenho do comércio eletrónico/sítio.
- Manter o calendário, as tarefas, as actualizações e os documentos departamentais partilhados.
O que necessita para ser bem-sucedido
**Procuramos um profissional com**:
É essencial ter experiência anterior como especialista em merchandising de comércio eletrónico. A experiência com marketplaces é altamente desejável.
- É preferível a proficiência nas plataformas Shopify, Hybris e Salesforce.
- Independência e responsabilidade demonstradas na gestão de operações de comércio eletrónico.
- Mínimo de 3 anos de experiência em operações de comércio eletrónico e funções de merchandising.
- Fluente em inglês escrito e falado.
- Familiaridade com Jira, Salesforce Commerce Cloud.
- Experiência de trabalho em equipas estruturadas Agile.
- Atenção aos pormenores.
- Compreensão do desenvolvimento de processos, tendo em conta a descrição da função
