MKTalent is recruiting for a client based in Lisbon, a Marketing Automation Specialist.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Operate at both the strategic and tactical level to promote innovative mechanization and reporting;
- Utilize automation to upgrade existing marketing practices and support quick scaling;
- Create and execute the marketing automation plan to experiment with new features, expand successful practices, and propose new investments;
- Be accountable for the maintenance of our Marketing Automation platforms system/data integrity;
- Develop automated reporting mechanisms and suggest appropriate KPIs;
- Devise standardized processes and programs that enable the marketing team members to create complicated, multi-stage automated marketing programs independently;
- Cooperate with omnichannel sales to improve the current lead management process and link with marketing automation platforms;
**What do we look for?**
- Bachelors degree in Marketing or a related field.
- +2 years of experience in
- Familiarity with key sales tools (Salesforce) and marketing automation systems (Pardot, Marketo, etc.), including the establishment of end-to-end Marketing Automation data flows.
- Robust experience in delivering projects involving MarTech, lead management, or demand generation operations (Integrating new 3rd party tools, migrating CRM or marketing automation platforms)
- Proficient analytical skills and experience with analytical tools like Excel, Tableau, etc.
- Capacity to define the appropriate KPIs and report performance
- Excellent storytelling skills in English
