We are seeking an experienced Marketing Automation and HubSpot Specialist, who will play a pivotal role in leading client engagements and spearheading the successful implementation of HubSpot & other marketing automation/CRM solutions. Reporting directly to the Sales & Marketing Automation Team Practice Lead, this role will be responsible for driving client success through strategic leadership in developing client solutions, expert execution, and continuous innovation.

**Core Responsibilities**

Leadership of Client Engagements:

- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing strategic guidance on marketing automation initiatives.
- Lead the implementation and optimization of HubSpot & other marketing automation and CRM solutions to align with client goals and objectives.
- Foster strong client relationships and ensure the overall success of marketing automation projects.

Implementation and Management:

- Oversee marketing automation account instances, including but not limited to HubSpot Marketing & Sales hubs at the enterprise/professional levels, ensuring seamless integration and functionality.
- Conduct training sessions for clients and team members, maintaining certifications for various marketing automation systems.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and swiftly acquire proficiency in new technologies to enhance client projects.

Campaign Strategy and Execution:

- Configure campaign cadences and provide detailed results reporting.
- Collaborate with the Business Development Representatives (BDR) team to coordinate campaign activities effectively.
- CRM and System Coordination:

- Configure and troubleshoot marketing automation and CRM systems, ensuring optimal performance.
- Collaborate with vendors to address support cases and stay informed about system updates.

Data Management and Analysis:

- Lead resourcing projects for clients, ensuring data accuracy and relevance.
- Clean and import prospect lists into marketing automation systems.
- Conduct thorough research on client conferences and identify prospective campaign opportunities.

Reporting and Collaboration:

- Prepare detailed reports on campaign results, providing actionable insights.
- Coordinate closely with subcontractors on list building and development activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of marketing initiatives.

**Skills & Experience**:

- Proven ability to lead client engagements and drive successful marketing automation initiatives
- Expert level proficiency in Hubspot (2-4 years of hands-on Hubspot experience) & other marketing automation/CRM systems
- Proactive problem-solving abilities
- Excellent oral and written communication skills - Proficient English Level
- Building strong client relationships
- Demonstrated good decision-making ability
- Strong customer service capabilities and a commitment to delivering value to clients
- Willingness and ability to learn new technologies quickly
