Job Description

**Job Title: Marketing Automation Manager**

**Location**: Remote/Global**
**Department**: Global Lifecycle Marketing**

**Please note that this role is based in our brand new hub in Portugal, and at Zendesk we offer remote and hybrid working options.**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- ** Marketing Automation Strategy**: Design and implement scalable marketing automation programs to support customer lifecycle marketing and business objectives.**
- ** Analytics & Optimization**: Conduct independent analysis using BI tools such as Tableau, Looker, and PowerBI to track performance and optimize campaigns for improved results.**
- ** Project Management**: Lead end-to-end project management for marketing initiatives, ensuring timely delivery, collaboration with stakeholders, and resolution of challenges.**

**Qualifications**:

- ** Fluent English (written and spoken**
- ** Marketing Technology**: Proficiency in marketing automation platforms such as Eloqua, Marketo, and Pendo**
- ** Analytical Skills**: Ability to conduct independent analysis using BI tools such as Tableau, Looker, and PowerBI to measure campaign effectiveness and derive actionable insights.**
- ** Project Management**: Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to handle multiple initiatives, prioritize, and solve complex problems in a fast-paced environment.**
- ** Collaboration**: Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams globally.**
- ** Bonus**: Experience with Customer Data Platforms (CDPs), particularly Adobe Experience Platform, is highly desirable.**
