Askblue is looking for an IT Field Support technician/User support technician profile for a project in Lisbon
**100% presencial**)

**Main activities**:

- Provide end user IT support in a large-scale end-user environment.
- In person/On desk support.
- Work by procedures and tickets.
- Warehouse, stocks control, organization & Back-office tasks

**Profile Skills and Experience**:

- Information technology or equivalent, IT Formation/IT certifications. (Nice to have)
- Proven experience as a help desk technician or other customer support role. (Must have)
- Experience in large-scale end user support operations (+1000 users).(Nice to have)
- Minimum of two continuous years of working Experience in IT related support tasks (Must have)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. (Must have)
- Strong troubleshooting skills. (Must have)
- Familiar with LAN/WAN/Datacenter environments. (Must have)
- Tech savvy with working knowledge of office and corporate products, databases, and remote-control tools. (Nice to have)
- Comfortable (not an expert) with Microsoft technology and products (Windows10, Advanced Excel, Active Directory, Basic SCCM understanding, imaging tools, Office 365) in a support environment. (Must have)
- Knowns how to identify & solve hardware problems. (Must have)
- Knows and comprehends the importance of IT Security and Cyber Security in a corporate environment. (Nice to have)
- Good understanding of computer systems, Apple devices, Videoconferencing. (Must have)
- Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues and behind (advanced IT issues) (Must have)
