**Human Resources Specialist**
**Your Job**
- Provide knowledge of HR hard (payroll and legal) and soft topics (communication, recruitment, learning and development, etc)
- Support definition and implementation of HR policies and procedures in PharmaLex Portugal
- Function as a partner for line managers and PharmaLex Portuguese team
- Support all employees on questions related to HR, internal procedures, and labour issues
- Implement local recruitment process for Pharmalex Portugal and support other affiliates in the process
- Onboarding the new joiners and implement the tasks related
- Support external contractor with payroll process with monthly occurrences and general tasks related to this topic (Relatório Único, etc)
- Implement and follow up the safety, health and hygiene process in PharmaLex Portugal office
- Participate and implement locally global HR processes - promotion process, annual review, learning and development, retention, etc
**Your Profile**
- Minimum: successful completion of a bachelor’s degree in human resources management, Organizational Psychology or Business Administration
- Hands-on experience in a generalist HR role (minimum of 2 years) with the ability to work as a business partner
- Knowledge in payroll and Human Resources Information Systems
- Excellent and prominent interpersonal qualities
- Critical thinker: proven ability to analyze and solve problems and to develop possible solutions
- Ability to motivate employees and build lasting relationships
- Flexibility and resilience with a high level of follow-through and a willingness to work a flexible schedule
- Charismatic, energetic, and personable
- Very good command of English, both written and verbal
- Outstanding organization, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written, verbal and presentation communication skills
