**About the role**

We are looking for a Customer Service Specialist to be in the front desk, supporting doctors in their medical appointments and using the platform, answering customer questions and responding to complaints.

As a Customer Service Specialist, you will:

- Book home consultations, ensuring efficiency;
- Register and manage appointment requests;
- Control and monitor home consultations activity in real-time;
- Coordinate appointments with the triage team and doctors;
- Provide feedback to other teams;
- Ensure a positive experience for doctors, customers, and partners.

**About you**
**To be considered for this role, here are the skills we're looking for**:

- Graduation Degree;
- You have previously worked in customer service;
- Computer skills and good ability to use different tools simultaneously;
- Good communication and argumentation skills;
- Team spirit;
- Fluency in Portuguese, with the ability to communicate effectively both written and verbally to all levels of business;
- Good level of English, spoken and written.
- Availability for working in the afternoon shift (including weekends): 15h - 20h

**Nice to have**:

- Immediate availability to start functions;
- Experience in the context of healthcare;
- Previous experience in working with healthcare and insurance providers.
