**Customer Service Specialist with Dutch**
**Here are some of the things you can look forward to**:
- Provide customer service by assisting clients with simple technical and billing questions
- Troubleshoot technical issues and guide customers through basic problem-solving steps
- Address billing inquiries, including invoice clarifications, payment processing, and account adjustments
- Document and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and issue resolutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring high-quality service delivery
**You are the right person for the role if you**:
- **You can communicate in Dutch **(min. B2/C1) and English (min. B1)
- Have good time management and ability to prioritize tasks
- Have an organized, independent and proactive approach
- Have problem solving skills
- You are service-minded and goal-orientated
- Being available for up to 8 hours a day, between 7am and 9pm, from Monday to Friday, and at least 2 weekends per month between 9am and 5pm
