OM Digital Solutions is currently looking for an Accounts Receivable Specialist, who will support our Finance Team in EMEA by managing our receivables efficiently and compliant by timely collections, keeping close connections to our customers and monitoring risk evaluated credit limits.

What you’ll do

You will be responsible for the daily clearing of customer accounts

You will connect with customers & the sales team on open AR

You will review customer balances, initiate, and monitor dunning and check credit limits

You will maintain customer master entries

You will release blocked orders

You will be responsible for reconciliations with bank accounts/Paypal/Credit cards

You will initiate customer refunds

You will connect with ERP IT team on SAP issues or improvements

You will help with optimizing processes

What you’ll need

University Degree in Finance, Business Administration or equivalent

3+ years of experience in AR accounting

Fluency in English

Advanced knowledge of SAP

Advanced MS Office/Excel skills relevant for this job

Open to contact customers across EMEA region

Hands on and ownership mentality

Team player and open mindset
