**About the job**
- The Accounts Payable Officer ensures that general costs are accounted for and in compliance. They also ensure that all payments are made on time and correctly both to providers and employees

**Your Main Activities Are**
- Control, validate, booking invoices, and issue payments to providers
- Perform all controls and reconciliations related to providers. Validate, booking and process the payment of employees’ expense claims
- Control, validate and booking the issued invoices for services performed and charged to the other entities of the Group. Monitor their payments
- Ensure that costs are properly booked monthly, ensure that invoices for that month or previous months are received and booked on time
- Support the update and implementation of procedures and controls to cover all activities under the scope of responsibility
- Support the monthly accounts certification, providing the detail whenever necessary

**Profile and Skills to Success**
- Academic degree in Economics, Finance or Accounting
- A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in Administrative Support or Risk & Controls
- Experience with Accounting & Tax
- Expert knowledge with MS Tools such as MS Excel
- Fluency in English
- Great organizational skills
- Able to collaborate with others
- Great attention to detail
- Possess an analytical ability
