**Role Description**:
As an Account Manager you will:

- **
Build and manage relationships** with existing client base
- **
Forge** a **strong**, **close**, **trustworthy** and **positive** **relationship** with each client
- Understand the **technical and business aspects** of each client
- Drives account usage and actively **develops opportunities** to expand product sales within existing clients (up-selling and cross-selling)
- Evaluate and manage **new initiatives and business opportunities**
- Manage and solve any conflicts with the client or any problems he may have
- **
Interact and coordinate with the development team and other internal departments** working on the same account to make sure that the client’s needs are being met
- Establish budgets with the client and company
- **
Keep up with trends, changes, and competitor actions** that might affect their client

**Ideally, your profile looks somewhat like this**:

- Degree in business administration, marketing, communications, sales, business management, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in marketing, sales, account management
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills,
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Good Negotiation skills
- Ability to juggle multiple projects/accounts as part of your day to day work
- Excellent people skills and intuition about the customers’ business needs
- Ability to deal calmly with any customer complaints or problems
- Strategic thinking and problem solving skills
- Be Proactive
- Ability to easily build good relationships with the different players from the Client side
- Have a growth mindset and focus on Continuous Improvement
- Fluency in Portuguese and English is mandatory

- Knowledge on what is the state of the art in Digital Technology and its challenges
- Experience in Mobile projects
