The Bosch unit in Aveiro belongs to the Thermotechnology division and manages the global business unit of residential water. About 1,300 associates are responsible for the development, production and marketing of innovative solutions that make homes smarter, more efficient and environment friendly. **Job Description**:
**Your contribution to something big**:
Within Bosch Home Comfort, you will join a growing area of development of Electrical Solutions, the new and improved heating solutions for a sustainable future, Heat-Pumps. You will provide technical support on our Bosch Electric Solutions portfolio. For that you will:
- Analyze technical problems (root cause analysis) in the installed appliances of residential, commercial heat pumps, related products and provide technical assistance to internal customers by all existing communication channels;
- Furthermore, you will track all incidents in our internal incident management system and be responsible for proactively inputting the knowledge database as well as sharing it with the technical support teams in regular sessions;
- As part of our team, you will have contact with both Bosch colleagues and specialized customers to provide technical support related to the Bosch Electric Solutions portfolio with a particular focus on heat pumps;
- Conduct field visits in order to create a problem description for 8D investigations;
- You will have to ensure excellent serviceability for new products by multiple assessments with Lead Engineer and Project Management;
- Last but not least, you will work in a structured manner and adapt in an environment where continuous improvement is paramount. You will work in the office and/or in the field depending on business needs.
**Qualifications**:
**What distinguishes you**:
- ** Education**:Studies in the field of Energy Technology, Refrigeration Technology, alternatively apprenticeship in the required technical area with several years of relevant professional experience or comparable;
- ** Experience and Knowledge**:
- Several years of experience in technical support, field support or development of heat pumps;
- F-gas certificate (preferably);
- ** Personality and Working Practice**:Independent, careful, self-initiated, solution-oriented, communicative, and able to work cross-functionally in an international environment;
- ** Languages**:Fluent in English language, written and spoken.
