MSX IBERIA está creciendo Como resultado, actualmente estamos buscando un Technical Hotline para que se una a nuestro equipo en **Lisboa**.

El **objetivo** **principal de nuestro futuro/a Technical Hotliner es** atender las consultas de la red de concesionarios de manera remota durante el proceso de reparación de vehículos**

**Tus funciones**:

- Te encargarás de las autorizaciones de los históricos de los vehículos en el sistema (cambios de piezas e.g.)
- Revisarás los parámetros a seguir en el mantenimiento de los vehículos
- Deberás contactar con los departamentos o el fabricante correspondiente para obtener la información necesaria
- Realizarás el mantenimiento y la gestión de las herramientas de incidencias a partir de la información recopilada en otros casos
- Te encargarás de la creación de nuevos procesos y la mejora de las soluciones existentes.

**Requisitos**:

- Tienes formación en automoción
- Eres **Portugués** nativo y te entiendes en español
- Cuentas con experiência de unos 2 años en una posición similar.
- Te consideras una persona meticulosa, eficiente, resolutiva y dinámica.
