As a **Marketing and Sales Operations Associate** at GuestReady, you'll play a crucial role in optimizing our marketing and sales processes. You'll collaborate with various teams to enhance data management, create compelling content, support sales initiatives, and contribute to the overall success of our marketing and sales efforts.
**Responsibilities**
- Utilise HubSpot to review and update records, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Collaborate with team members to implement filters and improve data organisation within HubSpot.
- Assist in creating captivating content, including blog posts, sequences, and marketing materials.
- Work with internal and external resources to gather content for marketing initiatives.
- Develop visually appealing sales materials such as brochures and slide presentations.
- Qualify leads and schedule initial conversations, facilitating communication between potential clients and our sales team.
- Assist in organizing and executing events and marketing initiatives to generate buzz.
- Collaborate with Account Managers and Onboarding team members to optimise processes and enhance the rental experience.
- Conduct competitive analysis to identify strengths and weaknesses and inform strategic decision-making.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and proficiency in working with data.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creativity and proficiency in design.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools (experience with HubSpot is a plus).
- Analytical mindset with the ability to gather and interpret data.
- Self-motivated with a collaborative mindset.
