To join our team, we are currently recruiting an Customer Payments Specialist, fluent in English.

Full-time position

Location: Portugal (Av. Defensores Chaves 45, Lisboa)

What will you do- Allocate B2B and B2C payments to customer or GL accounts in SAP, in a timely and accurate manner;- Ensure correct reconciliation of B2B and B2C transactions and take action to solve related blocking points;- Reconcile statements, research and correct discrepancies;- Keep track of the electronic inbox and address internal inquiries;- Manage day to day Invoice to Cash Process for several different corporate entities, monitoring while providing the highest level of Customer Service;Who are we looking for- A professional with experience in Cash Application / Finance (+1 year);-
- Experience in the analysis and reconciliation of GL accounts;- Familiarity with Salesforce and B2C operations (preferred).- Ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment;- Autonomous, ready to take initiative, detail-oriented, professional attitude, reliable, with good communication skills;

Job Requirements- Graduation in Economy, Business Management, Accounting or Similar;- Fluent in Portuguese and English (both written and spoken);- Background in Microsoft Office, with Excel focus;- Organizational and Time Management Skills.
