**A Snapshot of Your Day**

A typical day in Process and System is a day where you will lead projects driven regionally or globally, by collaborating with different colleagues worldwide, from different cultures and nationalities using the most recent technologies on the market applied on Finance.

**How You’ll Make an Impact**
- Responsible for governance of financial processes, systems, and tools.
- Driver for process automation, KPIs follow up and implementation of process improvement measures.
- Demand Manager and interface between Accounting/Controlling, Digitalization stakeholders and IT.
- Provide support and maintain effective communication with internal and external partners like GBS, local management, headquarters, and other departments.
- Provide a creative source of ideas/solutions to address problems.
- Handle multiple projects and technical tasks at any point of time.

**What You Bring**
- Degree in Accounting, Economics, Computer Science, Computer engineering Information Technology.
- At least 3 year’s experience in Project Management, Accounting, R2R and P2P processes.
- Strong critical thinking, problem solving and efficient communication skills, team player, initiative, and proactivity.
- Able to work in a changing environment, to learn on the job.
- Fluent in English (mandatory) and one other language (preferred Portuguese).
- Strong SAP skills (must have), Mendix, Alteryx, Sharepoint/Power Automate/Powerapps, Python (nice to have).

The Finance Process and System is a team who support the transformation of the SE organization into a lean and digitalize company worldwide which actively participates on complex projects (e.g. S/4Hana transition, Fiori, digitalization tools).

The team represents an excellent opportunity for professional development on a new tailored organization for Siemens Energy business.
