We are looking for reinforcements in the form of French-speaking employees for our team in Aveiro.
We are looking for you, entrusted with the support of our customers.

**As a Customer Support you will**:

- Inform customers about their contract (subscription, invoices)
- Receive requests and classify them according to theme
- Advise the customer and answer his questions about the products

**What do we expect?**
- **You speak French (at least C2 level)**:

- **You speak basic English (not mandatory)**:

- You live in Aveiro (Portugal) and you are ready to work in our office there
- You are customer-oriented and enjoy interacting with people
- You are ready to be the part of a startup project whose shape you will have a real impact on

What do we offer?
- **Possible start: September**:

***785€ gross **x 14 months,
***up to 140€** gross performance bonus (x12 months),
***40€ project bonus / month** ( permanent monthly supplement)
***20€ transport bonus / month **(permanent monthly supplement)
***6,83€ NET/day** meal voucher - given as a pre-paid card
- **Permanent, undefined full time employment contract - CDI (according to the Portuguese law)**:
