Historically, the company has been characterized by a strong focus on fast growth. Driving a successful M&A strategy in a highly fragmented European laboratory market by acquiring smaller and medium-sized laboratories is critical to the future strategy of Unilabs. The objective is now to drive and accelerate further the integration and business excellence across the company.
**THE CHALLENGE**:
We’re looking for a Benefits and Mobility analyst to join our global HR team. You will play a critical role in managing and optimizing employee benefits programs and mobility initiatives within our organization. You will be responsible for ensuring that our benefits offerings are competitive, compliant, and aligned with the business and employee needs. Additionally, you will oversee mobility programs to facilitate the movement of employees across different locations while ensuring a smooth transition and adherence to relevant policies.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Owning a repository and framework of all benefits programs offered across Unilabs in different countries
- Guiding local HR teams on policy and administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans and wellness programs
- Research industry trends and best practices to develop strategies for enhancing our benefits offerings and improving employee satisfaction.
- Work closely with external vendors, brokers, and consultants to evaluate plan options, negotiate contracts, and implement cost-effective solutions.
- Analyze data and metrics to assess the effectiveness of current benefits programs and identify areas for improvement or cost savings.
- Advising countries on available mobility programs and packages. Developing and maintaining mobility policies, guidelines and procedures to ensure consistency and fairness globally
- Coordinate relocation and assignment processes for employees moving between different international locations
- Implementing variable benefits practices across all functions.
- Support in the execution of long-term incentive programs for top executives and help design a framework for the rest of the organization
**Requirements**:

- Structured thinking, and i.e. ability to break down and solve problems through quantitative thinking and analysis.
- You communicate confidently in English. Any other language is an advantage
