**Description and Requirements**:

We are looking for an Inside Sales Representative. You will report directly to the Enterprise & Public sector Manager.

**Your detailed responsibilities are**:

- You will configure, price, negotiate and quote sales solutions.
- Responsibility for building your own pipeline and meeting set targets.
- To understand customer requirements and develop relevant solutions.
- To identify and secure cross selling and up selling opportunities.
- To actively participate in sales initiatives and marketing campaigns.
- To proactively inform customers of new products and road-maps, proposing upgrades and transition paths as appropriate.
- To produce accurate account plans in relation with sales rep, sales forecasts and ensure sales activity is tracked using the required reporting tools on a daily and weekly basis.
- Work closely as a team with the Account Manager to build accounts.
- Work within corporate initiatives including weekly forecast and opportunity management.

**Position Requirements**:

- Minimum of 1-2 years proven external IT industry sales experience
- Self-motivated and pro-active mentality
- Sales driven attitude
- Proven credibility with customers and experience of building strong customer relationships
- Excellent ability to communicate and negotiate via telephone in English and Portuguese
- Strong client orientation
- Strong account management planning, organization and sales reporting skills

**Preferable Experience & Skills**:

- Ability to think creatively in proposing customer solutions
- Excellent ability to understand and propose solutions and benefits which meet and exceed customer requirements
- Time driven - sense of urgency
- Teamwork & Cooperation
