**Company Overview**

CallCTO, a collective of passionate IT professionals, is on the hunt for an outstanding Business Development Manager. We are a dynamic team of approximately 70 members, specializing in IT architecture, design, testing, analytics, and administration of intricate and high-capacity IT systems, along with startup product strategy management, new market research, and IT audit across diverse business sectors.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Attracting new clients and offering them our services.
- Performing research on market trends, customer needs, and competitive activities to spot fresh business opportunities.
- Creating and executing business development strategies to capture new opportunities.
- Monitoring and reporting the progress of business development initiatives.
- Collaborating with other teams, like sales, marketing, and product development, to formulate and implement business development plans.
- Attending industry-specific events to build a network of potential clients and partners.

**Qualifications**:

- Capability to independently make decisions and accountability for the outcomes.
- Proficiency in team collaboration.
- A proven sales track record within the IT services domain.
- Familiarity with IT business procedures and development challenges.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills in English.
- Eagerness to travel and join off-site networking events.
- Additional language proficiency, particularly in Russian, would be advantageous.

**Additional Information**

This position is performance-driven, primarily evaluated by secured contracts, thus permitting part-time and remote employment. Our prospective clients include startups, investment funds, and business angels seeking product development expertise.

Our team boasts unique IT competencies, participating in the creation of unicorn startups, the digital transformation of substantial trading companies, and the execution of cutting-edge fintech solutions.

Though we maintain offices in Cyprus and Portugal, we are open to collaborating with talents globally. The role may necessitate travel and offline networking at significant IT gatherings (like web summits), with all costs covered by the company.
