Learning Management System Operations Trainee

In your new role, you will:

- Support the **execution of customer trainings **using **Cornerstone Learning Management System **;
- **Manage LMS users and user groups **as well as **assign learning objects **to them;
- **Create learning objects**: videos, online courses, webinars, classrooms, training events, learning programs, certifications and knowledge tests;
- **Create **company specific pages **and **produce communication material **for LMS promotion;
- Respond to admins’ and learners’ enquiries;
- Ensure participation records availability and accuracy;
- **Evaluate feedback and produce post-training evaluation **;
- **Validate the user experience with the LMS **inside the entire web ecosystem**: Infineon website, Infineon Developer Community, Infineon Developer Center etc.;
- **Create user manuals or tutorials **, **onboard **and **train **new admins;
- **Define and document processes, rules & guidelines **for admins to ensure efficient content management and great user experience.

You can establish sustainable relationships with others and prioritize the concerns of your internal and external customers. You have an organized mindset and attention to detail at all times. Furthermore, you have good communication skills and a structured work style.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

- A degree in **Language Studies, Business Administration, Human Resources **or similar;
- An affinity with **digital platforms and tools **, **data and data quality **;
- **Flexible working hours **for global collaboration with all time zones;
- **Fluency in English **(mandatory).
