**Your ‘day to day’**

As Retail Supervisor you will be responsible for regional operational stores management, articulating strategic plans between management team, the field and other external stakeholders. You’ll be participating in decision-making processes, analysing sales, team development and customer satisfaction while striving to deliver a unique consumer experience and boost stores results for all IQOS Stores Universe in Portugal.

**Who we’re looking for**
- University degree.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as retail manager in personalized customer service;
- Proven experience in delivering an excellent customer experience;
- Previous experience working with KPIs;
- Previous experience in managing commercial teams (preferably in retail);
- Strong analytical skills (upper intermediate knowledge of MS Office Excel - Advanced preferable);
- Strategic thinking and collaborative working attitude;
- Ability to adapt to challenges, always keeping a professional attitude of learning and evolving;
- Excellent verbal and interpersonal abilities;
- Team player
- Fluency in Portuguese and English;
- Knowledge of retail or business systems (i.e.: POS, MS Office etc);
