**The opportunity**
One of your key roles will be to recruit, prepare, develop, motivate, and evaluate a team of Brand Activation Specialists towards to excellence in execution. You’ll coordinate a team made of Brand Activation Specialists in the assigned areas and Territories, and who individuate and recommend relevant opportunities to scale marketing programs. Your team is the ambassador of the brand in the assigned Area among relevant communities, stakeholder and he can interact with GO according with PMI polices.
**Your ‘day to day’**
- PEOPLE MANAGEMENT
Recruit, prepare, lead, motivate, coach and develop Brand Activation Specialists Team, in order to maximize team and individual performance. Provide timely feed-back and coaching to pursue continuous improvement and resource development to his/her team, while acting as a role model of PMIs Leadership behaviours. Manage a team of Brand Activation Specialists team towards to excellence in execution. Manage a team that contribute on the strategy for the Brand Positioning in the territory, looking for new opportunities and collaborators who can provide brand equity building and trust (new business opportunities: art & design territory, music & gastronomy)
- CHANNEL HOSTESSES ACTIVATION PLAN
Build overall Hostesses different plans for Events and LAMPs (Legal Age Meeting Points) Channel. Coach the team in order to ensure successful implementation of all relevant mechanics and secure complete compliance with designed processes in order to reach the trend for NPSs, consumer satisfaction level, guaranteeing a successful implementation.
- MULTI CHANNEL FIELD ACTIVATION PLAN
Be the main contact point for omnichannel opportunities in all different territories ensuring the Brand Activation integration under the Brand positioning strategy. Especially for Direct Retail (Boutiques) and in particular Indirect retail, providing synergies to maximize business results.
- BRAND ENGAGEMENT ACTIVITIES DEPLOYMENT
Responsible of all events and LAMPs field brand engagement activities deployed in the market, negotiating, and discovering strategic opportunities to maximize the investments. Collaborates in the brand ecosystem creation for the execution in these opportunities, providing the team with accurate accountabilities to progress their knowledge in this area. Final responsible for the excellence on the execution.
- EVENTS AND LAMPS STRATEGY
Design an overall area/territory plan including all challenges and opportunities. Responsible for contributing with field inputs, insights, and trends for the co-creation of channel strategy.
- RESOURCES MANAGEMENT
Manage and control allocated resources (budget, people, tools), in order to achieve the defined team objectives, included in the Activations and Communication plan.
Define and monitor field Team budget, projects and initiatives and limit deviation from forecasts.
- P&Ps
Ensure implementation by the team of all PMI policies & procedures and ensure adherence to them throughout the entire team with no exceptions or deviations.
**Who we’re looking for**
- University degree in Marketing, Management, Economics or Communication.
- Previous experience (min 3 years) in field teams and external stakeholders’ interactions.
- Fluent in English and advanced in Portuguese.
- Good Knowledge in Office tools (namely Excel & PowerPoint);
- Valid driving license;
- Availability to work on a regular schedule from Tuesday to Saturday.
